Generix Group commissioned a CATI-based survey to IDC to be held in July and August 2016. The objective of the Survey was to investigate the status of B2B integration and collaboration networks in Western Europe and the challenges and initiatives retailers and manufacturing companies are carrying forwardon this regard.

 

 

101 companies participated, 57% of interviewed are in charge of line-of-business supply chain and 47% have a managerial IT role. One third of the companies are sized from 500 to 999 employees, one third from 1000 to 5000 employees and one third more than 5000 employees. From industry segment point of view, 24% are in B2B Manufacturing, 26% are in Retail, 26% in Wholesale, logistics and distribution and 24% in CPG. The companies are based 40% in France 30% in UK and 30% in Germany.
